Customer service policy:
No refunds, exchanges or returns without the original packed receipt enclosed.
Mad Rice style will honor exchanges or returns. Garments must be unworn, in original packaging and have the original tags attached.
Returns:
Within 30 days of the shipment date you may return / exchange your purchase to:

For a refund less applicable shipping costs.
However, if the return is a result of our error, you receive a complete refund.
Packing and Sending Your Return / Exchange:
All returns / exchanges must be accompanied by an RA/EA number (return / exchange
authorization number), issued by our Customer Care.
Step 1: Email info@madrice.com. In your email be sure to include:
A. RN code [reference number – can be found on the front side of the printed tag attached to the item].
B. The items list for return / exchange
C. Reason for return /OR/ the item you want instead of the one you have.
Step 2: Customer service will email you back an RA / EA number.
Step 3: Pack up items, along with the enclosed invoice securely in a box.
You can use the box the items arrived in and must re-package all goods as
they were received: with original bags, tags, etc.
Write the RA / EA number clearly on the box.

Receipt of Your Return
Mad Rice Style will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. We will credit your original method of payment up to 28 business days of our receiving your return (excluding any shipping charges you opted for unless the return is due to our error. )
Tracking and Insuring Your Return
Mad Rice Style recommends you to track and insure your returns so that you may confirm that we have received it. If you choose not to, you will carry the responsibility for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Misuse of our site
We reserve the right to refuse access to our services to anybody who misuses it in any way.
You must not interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, any of the workings of the website or any information held by us.
